Christmas In May
I came home today and had 3 packages waiting for me.
First, there was this V-Mount intercooler setup I bought from need-a-t2. It's a GodSpeed intercooler that ready to mount up to the stock turbo and can be easitly modified for an upgraded turbo.
The set-up came with this TurboXS blow-off valve and Higgi throttle body elbow. Also came with the piping and clamps. Sweet deal for me! I probobly won't put this on just yet, but I couldn't pass up the offer.
I also ordered a new clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. This came from SpooledupRacing on the Rx7club.com.
Also, pictured above are some used stock injectors I got from boost_its_what_for_dinner. They are 550 cc high impedence injectors.

This is my new Rotary Performance Under-Drive pulley. It had timing marks that will greatly add to the tunability of the car.
A little stumble in the road to boost:
One of my stock injectors started leaking from the part that clips on to the harness.
My clutch hydrulics are shot. Before, we could shift with some difficulty, but now it is near impossible.
So I've got a pair of stock injectors on the way from boost_its_whats_for_dinner. I ordered the clutch hydrulics from SpooledUpRacing. And I ordered a new harness and sender for my oil temp gauge. The current one is leaking becasue it's the wrong one.

FD Alternator
FD Alternator
I got this FD alternator fc3s91 on the RX7club.com. He included the Rotor-shaped pulley with the deal!
It's freshly rebuilt and was polished. This will allow more amps to flow into my car and support an e-fan.

Back Where She Belongs
Back Where She Belongs
Well she made her way back to my garage last night. We bought this house after the car went in the shop so she's never been to this house.
But she is drive-able. Still a little rough, but drive-able. I have an FD alternator and dual pully on the way and will be taking the car out for fine tuning most everynight this week.

Are We There Yet?!
Are We There Yet?!
A couple broken 7's. For once, mine is the closest to being finished.
K&N air filter. I ordered it from thier website. Man does that site suck. I really wanted a filter with element on the top.
The wideband is wired up. After the tuning is complete, we will get the wideband connected to the ECU as well.
Here is how the NA throttle cable hooks up. It has improved throttle body response and eliminated a long cable that wrapped needlessly around the entire motor.
To do this mod, you need to reverse the butterflies on the throttle body linkage. Then, you will have to cut the metal stopper at the end of the cable. Once you cut it to the proper length, drill a hole on the stopper and silver solder it back on to the end of the cable. Last, make a little bracket for the cable to connect to and mount to the throttle body.

Minor Stuff
New wires for the leading coils.
Huge MagnaFlow muffler. It is really pretty quite with just this one, but has lots of bass. I may end up adding one more muffler.
